1. Raise a Dispute
If an item is not as described, or if delivery is never made, you can freeze the transaction instantly by raising a dispute in the Jejely app.
2. Mediation Phase
Our automated mediation engine attempts to resolve the issue between parties. You can upload photos and chat logs as evidence.
Final Arbitration
If parties cannot agree, the case is escalated to our legal department for final arbitration. The decision is contractually binding and funds are disbursed according to the legal outcome.
